How to apply for a place at the School?

It’s necessary to fill out an application form and submit it to the secretary’s office along with the necessary documents and a 500€ registration payment. An online admission system is also available. Once the application form has been submitted, the School will contact you to interview the student.

Which are the prices?

The director of Admissions will set up a meeting to visit the school facilities and to provide you with the current fees.

Are there other mandatory services?

Education is the only compulsory concept. Other services, such as school transport, canteen service, early morning school or extracurricular activities are optional. Therefore, they will only be charged to those families who so request it.

Why is Laude El Altillo School the best option?

Laude el Altillo School is the only private school in Jerez which covers all the educational stages, offering a complete education in English to pupils from 1 year of age to 18. Our educational project is fully consolidated and we have occupied the top positions in the results of the objective Selectividad tests as well as both Cambridge and Trinity exams.

What is the difference between a bilingual and a British school?

Bilingual schools are considered those schools which have a significant number of school hours taught in English. In Laude El Altillo, more than half of the school hours are taught in English. A British school follows the National British Curriculum and students get the official English certificates.

Which level of trilingual education will our students reach when they finish 2nd Bachillerato?

This year Laude el Altillo school has introduced its new trilingual educational programme and our target is for our students to speak the three languages fluently (level C1), Spanish, English and French, by the time they finish the second year of Bachillerato.

Outstanding News

External exams success

External exams in English, French and German are now part of our yearly objectives and each year we are obtaining better results at higher levels and with younger students. Over 200 students have taken a Cambridge or Trinity exam and we have obtained a 100% pass rate on the results so far, as many results have still to be released. The French Delf exams and German Goethe also obtained the same pass rate, 100%.

I would especially like to congratulate our 2nd Bachillerato students who have successfully obtained the Trinity 12 (C2 equivalent) before leaving school and to all those students of the other courses who made such a big effort in these exams, even sacrificing break times to practice their oral exams.

Well done and congratulations to you all.

Trinity Exams

Another year we can proudly say that all our students passed the Trinity exams with very good marks!!!

This year we want to mention not only the little ones from 2nd and 3rd grade that did it incredibly well but also our big ones, the students from 2nd of Bachillerato that took grades 10 and 12 and had great results. For us was a pleasure to hear them speaking in English before going into the exam’s room and we remembered when they were our students in 2nd or 3rd of Primary. How proud we are of them!

Congratulations!
